Over 1 mill yards of excavation. Serco finished the project that other contractors were unable to complete. Serco constructed the grades so that Harris County could build the parkways for the flood retention.
Former neighborhood that had been purchased by Harris County. Houses had been razed and Serco was brought in to remove all the old waterlines and sanitary lines. Serco excavated a 1.1 million yard basin and constructed the control structures.
