Construction of architectural concrete cast in place planter boxes and fountains, and installation of architectural site paving. Work included use of form lined walls, specialized concrete mixes, specialty sandblast finishes, and integral color. Work was centerpiece to new the Arts District in downtown Dallas.
The challenge for this project was to create a unique sand blasted, integrally colored and high-end architectural paving for a mixed-use facility. Serco’s solution again was to work closely with scheduling delays and finding ways to do it faster and better. We finished the project on budget and ahead of schedule.
