always be our goal and we strive to maintain this goal through
active employee participation and safety rewards
programs.
All employees are screened
medically prior to hiring specifically including drug
testing. In addition, all site work is controlled under a
site-specific health and safety plan which includes the guidelines
of OSHA 1910.126 for civil construction, 1910.120 for hazardous
waste sites, and our client specific requirements in the case where
they are more stringent.

at Serco and we believe that the time spent preparing a safe work
environment is dollars saved in the long run.
Occupational assessments are
monitored directly by Dr. Francois to ensure a high level of
compliance and employee safety.
